Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
By engaging TXM Software House for any service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, contact us before proceeding.
Services
TXM Software House ("TXM", "we", "us") provides web design, web development, UI/UX design, e-commerce development, and related digital services as agreed upon in individual project proposals or contracts. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each project are defined in a written proposal or agreement accepted by both parties before work begins.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project work begins • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery or launch • Invoices unpaid beyond 14 days may result in work being paused until payment is received All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for scope changes requested after project initiation.
Revisions & Scope
Each project proposal specifies the number of revision rounds included. Requests beyond the agreed revisions, or changes that alter the original project scope, may incur additional charges. We will notify you in writing before proceeding with any out-of-scope work that incurs additional cost.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full ownership rights to the final deliverables (website code, design assets) produced specifically for your project. TXM retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion. Third-party assets (fonts, icons, stock photography, plugins) are subject to their own licenses, which we will communicate to you clearly.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to: • Provide necessary content, assets, and feedback within agreed timelines • Ensure you hold rights to any content, images, or materials you provide • Designate a primary point of contact for project communication Project delays caused by delayed client feedback or asset delivery are not TXM's responsibility, and timelines may be extended accordingly.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. TXM will not disclose your business information, project details, or trade secrets to third parties without your consent.
Warranty & Support
We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after project launch at no extra charge. This covers defects in our work only and excludes issues arising from client modifications, third-party plugin updates, or hosting/server issues. Ongoing maintenance and support beyond the warranty period is available under a separate maintenance agreement.
Limitation of Liability
TXM Software House's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
